At FeetRecords, we started this journey by exploring and understanding the possibilities (and the limits) of what different platforms allow when it comes to sensual, artistic, and fetish-driven content.. It might not be the most liberal platform when it comes to fetish content, but it still plays a key role in how we stay connected with fans. One of its biggest strengths? The ability to build a loyal, interactive #community—and we’ve done just that.

On our main page, we share updates, links to new blog posts, and visual teasers. It’s also one of the few platforms where we can mix content with real conversations, allowing fans to like, comment, and engage in a more personal way. That said, we have to be cautious. Facebook’s content policy isn’t as strict as Instagram’s, but anything too commercial or #footfetish explicit can still get flagged—or worse, removed. We’ve had posts taken down, ads rejected, and content silently limited.

To keep the fire alive, we’ve built a private fan group, moderated by BlaqCat, one of our trusted team members. This group acts as a more discreet space where fans can follow us “under the radar”, without having to publicly engage with our main page. Threads – A Sidekick With Unexpected Surprises

Threads is one of the newer kids in the Meta family, and to be honest, we didn’t plan on using it much at first. It launched as a companion to Instagram—and that’s exactly how we use it: as a side-platform where we can quickly share thoughts, photo dumps, and updates straight from our IG without extra effort.

The direct link with Instagram makes posting easy and automatic. When we drop something on Threads, it feels like a continuation of our IG feed—just more relaxed, more off-the-cuff, and a little more text-focused. Think of it as our microblogging zone: quick insights, light banter, and spontaneous content without needing to overthink it.

But here’s what surprised us most:
The algorithm works differently than on Instagram—and that’s been a gift. Threads started recommending us to new faces, including fresh models, photographers, and like-minded creators we hadn’t seen on IG before. That means we’re not just posting—we’re also discovering and connecting with new talent in a way we didn’t expect.

We might not use Threads as a main platform, but it’s quietly become a useful tool for networking, discovery, and extending our voice beyond the photo grid.

Tumblr – Once a Haven, Now Just a Shadow

There was a time when Tumblr was the place for niche communities, creative freedom, and adult-friendly content. For many in the foot fetish and broader kink world, it was a safe, open-minded space to post, connect, and express without censorship or judgment.

But that era is long gone. Ever since Tumblr rolled out its strict content policies a few years ago, it’s lost much of its relevance—especially for creators like us. Posts started disappearing. Accounts were flagged for things that once were totally fine. The platform shifted its identity, and in doing so, pushed away a huge part of the adult industry and indie content creators.

We still have a presence there, but we don’t invest much energy into it anymore. It just doesn’t deliver the reach, engagement, or creative freedom it used to. Even the community feels quieter—many of the fans and creators we followed have clearly moved on.

In fact, a large part of the Tumblr audience migrated to Reddit, where things are more open, active, and less restrictive. For us, Tumblr has lost most of its value—but we keep the account alive for archival purposes and the occasional post.

Reddit – Open, Active & Built for Real Community

Reddit has become one of our most important platforms—and for good reason. It’s one of the few places online where we can share any type of foot fetish content, from soft and artistic to bold and uncensored, without constantly worrying about takedowns or hidden filters.

Other Platforms – Why We’re (Mostly) Not There

There are many platforms where foot fetish creators are active today, but not every space fits the way we work at FeetRecords. Here’s a breakdown of where we’re not focused, and why:

TikTok – Not Our Style

While many creators use TikTok to cleverly promote foot-related content, it doesn’t align with our creative approach. The platform is driven by trends, short attention spans, and strict moderation. Our content is more curated, artistic, and intentionally produced, not designed for quick scrolling or viral formats.

OnlyFans – For Individual Creators

OnlyFans is a great tool for independent foot models to sell their content directly. Many of the models we feature use it successfully. However, as a brand, FeetRecords doesn’t publish on OnlyFans—we use our own distribution systems to maintain full control over quality and presentation.

Snapchat – Too Casual for Our Brand

Snapchat is a popular tool for creators who want to connect with fans one-on-one, usually through casual or personal content. That doesn’t fit our format. Our goal is to build something more structured, with consistent branding and storytelling, not casual DMs.

Telegram – Popular but Risky

Telegram has become very popular in the adult and fetish scene, but it’s also flooded with fake accounts, spam, and content theft. For now, we’ve chosen to avoid it because we prioritize authenticity, content safety, and trust—for both our models and our audience.

Discord – Used by Footmodel Jenny

We don’t currently use Discord as a brand, but one of our featured models, Footmodel Jenny, uses it very effectively. She shares her content there and connects with a wide network of models and fans worldwide. It’s a great example of how creators in our circle are building direct communities on their own terms.
